Attachment for the Proedge sharpening system from Robert Sorby.
This jig has a knife holder which can be used for holding large knives during sharpening – Typically 200mm (8″) length and above.
The jig can be adjusted using the collar on the arm to allow for steep and shallow sharpening bevels.
The jig is available in 2 versions: Large and Small. The only difference is the size of the knife holder.
If you need to sharpen both large and small knives, you can buy either version of the jig then add the second size of knife holder.
