RT-800 Router Table Top

This robust table combines the enduring reliability of cast iron with the advanced technique of nickel-plating, ensuring a workshop essential that stands the test of time and use.

The hardened nickel-plated table surface considerably improves the wear resistance. Extensive friction tests, using wooden blocks, consistently demonstrated that the nickel layer was extremely effective at protecting the table surface.

Additionally, a series of high-temperature and strong acid corrosion tests were conducted to evaluate the longevity of the nickel-plated surfaces. The results indicated that, under normal usage conditions, the nickel-plated surfaces could maintain their rust prevention performance for years. Notably, even in highly humid working environments, they exhibited exceptional rust prevention capabilities.

The RT-800 features a table of 800 x 590 x 45mm (31-1/2″ x 23-1/4″ x 1-3/4″)

The table opening size of the RT-800 is 298.5 x 235 x 10mm (11-3/4” x 9-1/4” x 25/64″)
It is compatible with router lifts from different brands including: JessEm, Grizzly, Kreg, SawStop, Woodpeckers.
