The PRO version of the Harvey wheel is an incredible piece of innovative engineering. It differs from the standard base by having 4 foot pads which are raised and lowered by the pedal. It is so accurately made that when the foot pads are down, the castors are still in contact with the floor. When the pads are raised there is no loss of stability or change in attitude. Using 4 swivel castors allows the base to literally rotate on its own axis. Standard wheel bases with 2 fixed wheels require a slightly large turning circle.
