Consistent Tabletop Height
Using a typical mobile base on the market can lead to challenges, especially if the equipment has support legs. Each time you raise or lower the mobile base, the equipment tabletop on the base adjusts its height accordingly. This variability can disrupt your precise settings and increases the risk of tools, not securely anchored, tumbling off the tabletop. Moreover, when the height changes, the machine’s unsupported legs can dangerously tilt to the side.
The M-1500 effectively eliminates these issues with its innovative ‘QuadSteady’ Stability System. With this system, the swivel casters maintain constant contact with the ground whether the base support legs are being raised or lowered, thereby keeping the tabletop height consistent.
This stability ensures the accuracy of your operations, prevents any accidental drops of tools, and avoids the dangerous side tilting of the machine legs.
The fixed legs enhance the static friction up to 916N, ensuring maximum stability during use. (It’s calculated based on a friction coefficient of 0.8 between the legs and cement floor)
