PT200 Bench Top 8″ x 5″ Planer Thicknesser
Light enough to move off the bench when not in use and yet tough enough to produce 8″ x 5″ timber into flat and dimensioned pieces.
The planing beds are precision ground aluminium and the guide fence is a rigid aluminium extrusion which can be tilted and locked at any angle up to 45 degrees when required.
The steel thicknessing bed has an extension arm on the outfeed side and is supported in each corner by chain driven adjusting screws. Once the height is set, rubber coated feed rollers pass the timber through the high speed cutter block leaving a beautiful finish with no roller marks.
The redesigned dust hood now has a quick action clamp to allow faster removal when changing between Planing and thicknessing modes. The hood fits onto the thicknessing bed during planing operations and is then moved over the top when thicknessing. As a safety feature a location sensor detects that the dust hood has been correctly fitted before allowing the motor to run.
Supplied with re-grindable knives, 63mm & 100mm diameter dust extraction outlets, blade setting tool, 4 adjustable rubber feet, push pad, 2.0m power cable and UK 3 pin plug.
DC50 High Filtration Vacuum Extractor
This fine filter vacuum extractor is ideal for small workshops using bench top machinery and powertools. Because these machines generate a high speed of air through the hose they are more suitable for reducing down to a smaller diameter hose for use with portable power tools.
At the heart of the extractor is a 2 stage filter which cleans particles out of the air down to 0.5 micron. Fine enough for every machine in the workshop including sanders. The compact size and light weight, makes it particularly appealing for smaller workshops, where space is a premium, and it can be kept underneath a bench. A quick action clamp releases the lid of the drum to empty it out.
These extractors are a great alternative to a standard household vacuum because they do not get blocked and have a larger capacity, so need emptying less often.
Supplied with 2m length of 100mm internal diameter hose, 2 hose clamps, 3 replacement filter bags, 2m cable and plug.
