A light and portable workshop dust extractor for extracting from one machine at a time. The advanced design of the fan and fan housing gives a higher flowrate than any comparable extractor. Uses lightweight materials to increase performance and allow the extractor to be moved around the workshop when needed. Adding the auto start & stop feature makes this the most versatile hobby level extractor available, and can save money on electricity bills.
FREE Launch Offer: Includes 5-piece reducer set for connecting to bench top machines with smaller diameter outlets (100/35RC).

Advanced Design
An incredibly powerful extractor for the home workshop. The air fan and the fan housing are made from a tough ABS plastic, which allows a more complex construction than metal casings, and keeps the weight down. At under 20kg this extractor is highly mobile and easy to move around the workshop.
Using a lighter weight fan also has the advantage that it can be made a bigger diameter and therefore move a greater volume of air. The flowrate of this unit is over 1000 metres cubed per hour. More than ample for any bandsaw, planer, table saw or lathe.
Auto Power Tool Start
The extractor can be used in Manual mode, being started and stopped using the onboard switch. It can also be set to Auto mode – whereby your power tool or woodworking machine is plugged into an onboard socket on the extractor. When you start your tool, the extractor automatically starts. When you stop the tool the extractor runs on for a few seconds to clear any remaining dust from the hose, then stops. It is a great feature which saves time and effort, and cuts out those times where you simply forget to start the extractor before making your cut. It also saves costs as the extractor is only running for the minimum amount of time necessary.
Low Noise
The induction motor is very quiet in use – nothing like the noise levels of the vacuum type extractors! You can have this running in the background without needing ear protection.
Large Collection Capacity
All shaving, chips and dust are collected into a plastic bag. It is transparent so you can see when to empty it. It is held in place by a quick action clamp. When full, the bag can either be emptied and refit, or replaced with a new one.
Filtration
The filter material will contain particles above 5 microns in size. That is all you ever need for most woodworking applications. If you are working with MDF or do more than occasional sanding, then you consider options with a finer filter.
Supplied With
2 metre length of transparent flexible hose with left hand helix, 2 x hose clamps, transparent plastic collection bag with quick release metal strap, wheels and lifting handle, mode switch Manual/Auto, 2.0m cable and UK 3 pin plug. For a limited time, also includes 100/35RC 5-piece reducer.
Airflow Rate
We source dust extractors from various factories. Although they each supply an official Airflow rate for the product, the methods they use do vary: With or without a filter fitted, With or without a hose fitted, What diameter hose fitted, With or without a splitter fitted, motor running at 50hz or 60hz. All these factors would affect the result.
To try and balance these variations and give a real world Airflow rate, we do our own testing. We measure the Airflow rate with the filter bag in place and the supplied length of 100mm diameter hose fitted. We take a reading at the end of that hose. This is the real Airflow rate you will achieve when connecting the extractor to your power tools.
In this case: factory rate 1150cmh, our test 1095cmh. That is actually a very high rate, more than adequate for any piece of woodworking machinery.
The maximum running time for this machine is 2 hours without rest. If you are a professional user who needs continuous extraction, please see the equivalent machine in our professional range W796.
