Universal Wheel Kit with wide pedal design and heavy weight capacity.
Constantly having to push one machine to the back of the workshop to make space to bring another one forward?
Convert your machines into portable units by adding this highly adaptable wheel base. There are two fixed wheels and two steering wheels allowing excellent manoeuvring across a relatively flat floor surface. Step on the two foot plates to lower the wheels for moving the machine, then raise the two foot plates to lower the base back onto the adjustable rubber feet.
The base can be assembled either as a square shape or a rectangle shape to suit the footprint of the machine being mounted.
It can be used with a huge variety of machines including Planer Thicknessers, Table Saws, Bandsaws, Spindle Moulders and Lathes.

Ray Floyd –
Bought this unit because I needed to be able to move the Charnwood W813 around the workroom. It arrived two days after the order was placed and I set about putting it together, at this point I must admit this pile of meccano in front of me didn’t look up to much and the assembly instructions looked a little vague, however on following the instructions to the letter an hour later I had completed the build. The next step was to put the lathe onto the base this was easier than I thought although it took two of us (got to give my darling wife credit here, thanks love) once the lathe was mounted it rolled around the floor very easily and the base is very solid when in the down position. Just one point though, the instructions tell you to set the standing feet at the riser end to the level of the captive wheels before you finish the build, believe me it’s easier to set these feet after you have mounted the lathe as your floor may not be level and the trolley will move when you start to use the lathe. Other than that a brilliant piece of kit and worth every penny of your money, very robust when the lathe is mounted and a credit to Charnwood. I can now move my lathe for cleaning and servicing very easily well done Charnwood a great piece of kit.
