The gate has a 150mm diameter connection on each side. Our 150mm (150FLEX) hose can be connected directly and secured with a hose clamp (150HC).
Gates can be attached directly to a 150mm diameter outlet on a machine using a short length of hose.
Gates are also commonly attached to a splitter (T or Y Piece) using a short length of hose.
You can mount the gate wherever is the most convenient position. Sometimes that will be on the inlet of the dust extractor or it could be directly behind the dust outlet on your machine. Or anywhere in between.
A wall mount is available to fix the gate to a wall in the middle of a hose run, product code GWM.
