About Asahi CS178 Japanese Free-Way Spiral Coping Saw

The Free-Way Japanese coping saw is fitted with a spiral tooth blade which allows cutting in any direction without rotating the frame. The case hardened saw blades are highly resistant to breakage and wear. The frame is also tuned to apply the optimal amount of tension to the blade resulting in less broken blades.

The Japanese Free Way coping saw is unique in that it accepts both the Free way spiral tooth blades and regular 165mm coping saw blades.

Supplied with two spiral tooth blades.
