Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) circular saw blade for table saws and bench saws. High quality precision blade for professional users packed with the latest technology.

The plate of the blade is manufactured using a premium grade of steel known as SK5. The plate is cut out by laser to ensure precision and accurate bore size.

The laser also cuts slots which allow the blade to expand during heat build up, keeping the blade true. The slots are then filled with a resin which reduces the noise level of the blade during a cut by up to 30%.

The blade is finished with a distinctive black electroplated coating. It prevents corrosion and makes it very easy to clean off any build up of resin and pitch.

Although you can cut any type of wood with any blade, for optimal performance, choose a number of teeth which best suits the majority of sawing you want to do.

TB1224 Universal Rip: Coarse Finish, suitable for ripping in softwood, hardwood, exotic timber and plywood

TCT Saw blade 300mm x 30mm x 72T x 3.2k

TB1272 Trimming / Crosscut: Fine Finish, suitable for crosscutting in softwood, hardwood and exotic timber. Suitable for ripping and crosscutting in boards veneered on both sides, plywood, chipboard laminated on one side, MDF, particle board, hardboard and veneers.

Machine Wax significantly minimizes friction between timber and the surfaces of machine tables or hand tools. This leads to smoother operation and enhances the quality of the finished surface.

Perfect for use with Planer Thicknessers, Bandsaws, Table Saws, Lathes, Spindle Moulders etc.

This silicone free formula wax is also suitable for lubricating saw blades and cutting tools, and can be used on handsaw blades and soles of hand planes.

The Charnwood machine wax also has a built in anti-rust agent that will help protect your metal surfaces against corrosion.
