This filter bag can also be used to upgrade extractors with a lesser filtration capacity up to the 2 micron level. It is the finest grade of filter available in cloth
The standard 5 micron filter is fine enough for collecting dust and chips from table saws, bandsaws, planers, thicknessers, moulders, lathes and is perfectly adequate for most peoples needs.
The 2 micron filter is preferred by anybody wishing to cut MDF which produces a finer dust or for connecting to sanding machinery.
Compatible with Charnwood models W691, W692, W791, W792 or any dust extractor with a 500mm diameter collection drum.
To upgrade or replace the bags on a double bag unit, remember to order quantity x 2.
Height of bag is 850mm (33 1/2″) with a loop sewn into the top for hanging from a supporting pole. The bottom rim of the bag includes a recess to hold the quick action strap.
