Charnwood W796 1hp Professional Dust Extractor

Make your workshop a cleaner and healthier environment. W796 is a portable dust and chip extractor aimed at the professional workshop needing to extract from one machine at a time, capable of extended running times up to 8 hours per day.

It is supplied with a length of 100mm diameter hose, ready to connect to most machinery.

The induction motor runs quietly, turning a steel fan to generate the airflow. Dust, chips and shavings are all forced down into the collection bag, with air then passing through the filter material. The collection bag  is a see through heavy gauge plastic fastened by a quick release metal strap. A rubber strip runs around the rim of the collector body to ensure a tight seal when the bag is clamped.

Supplied with ‘indestructible’ steel fan, 2m length of 100mm diameter flexible hose, 2 hose clips, 100mm inlet, transparent collection bag, 4 steering castors, 1.6m power cable and UK 3 pin plug. Runs on a standard 13 amp fused supply.

We also have a large range of accessories available for connecting your dust extractor to the dust producing machinery. Reducers to join the 100mm diameter hose to the smaller diameter outlets usually found on bench top machinery. Hoods to collect dust from machinery with no purpose made collection points.

An optional upgrade for this dust extractor is the 1 micron Filter Cartridge for the ultimate in filtering performance.
